1st Clarington Traditional Scouting Senior Explorer adventure to Tobermory ON. 2022

The Senior Explorer program is for youth ages 16 through 18. 

​Like the Explorer program before this, youth are organized in small groups called patrols.  The difference in Senior Explorers is the expected leadership roles that the youth take on.  Their Leaders become more of advisors and make sure that activities are completed safely.  Youth begin to self-govern their activities, and are heavily engaged in program development and planning.

​Youth build confidence and skills through outdoor adventures  including camping, bike trips, hiking, archery, first aid, cooking, and kayaking.  Leadership opportunities are available for everyone.
