Stand Ready!
Explorers is a program for youth ages 11 through 15.  One of the first tasks will be to learn and understand the Explorer Law and Promise, as well as the significance of the Explorer Motto.
Once completed, the new Explorer will move on to the remainder of the Tenderfoot requirements, then can be invested into the Troop.

These requirements demonstrate a commitment, and are not difficult to learn. Patrol and Troop leaders can assist in teaching and assessing that Explorers are able do them properly.
